Corporate Citizenship
We know that the people around us are as important as the clients we serve. That’s why we take our corporate citizenship responsibilities as seriously as we would any mission.
We think businesses have a responsibility to make a positive impact on the communities in which they function. That’s why we encourage our employees to volunteer and donate where they live, work, and play. We support a core group of charities that resonate with our employees, align with our customers, and represent the diversity and values in which we operate.
Our long history of supporting the military encompasses service members both in and out of uniform. We strive to partner with organizations that make an impact on the lives of veterans and active-duty service members, and their families, and give our employees the opportunity to engage personally with these efforts. We are a proud supporter of the USO, Sound Off and many other non-profits focused on the well-being of our military members and their families.
We support health organizations that impact our employees, align with our businesses, and (wherever possible) incorporate our wellness programs. We are a long-standing supporter of The Children’s Inn at NIH, among others.
Students involved in STEM are the future of our company and country. That’s why we support organizations that help to advance STEM education and programming, particularly in underserved communities. We are a proud partner of Girls Who Code, serving as the first corporate sponsor in the state of Louisiana, and of Black Girls Code.
We support organizations that promote the welfare of others and equality for all to benefit the communities in which we all reside. We are a long-standing supporter of Special Olympics Northern Virginia, So Others May Eat, among others.
